Between Oceans
BETWEEN OCEANS and their melodic metalcore has rummaged through the Danish underground since 2015. The band has shared the stage with many of the Danish underground’s top players such as Ghost Iris, Cartographs and Cold Black, and they’ve even won the Hard Rock Rising band battle.

Now they are ready with their debut EP “Oxymoron”, produced by Chris Kreutzfeldt (CABAL, Ghost Iris). With a mix between hard breakdowns, rifferama and catchy melodies, “Oxymoron” is a record of international caliber. BETWEEN OCEANS is a band you don’t need to show to your dad, if he’s into old school metal.

 

BETWEEN OCEANS is a group of young guys with big ambitions for their future, and with their eyes peeled on the current tendencies, that influence the younger crowd of the metal scene. The band has not yet had a chance to prove themselves to the world, but you only need to listen to 30 seconds of “Oxymoron” to be convinced that these boys mean business.

 

Beneath The Silence
Beneath The Silence er en sjældenhed i den danske scene, og bryder genrens generiske tilgang med en stærk kvindelig vokal i front. Samarbejdet mellem vægtige, groovy riffs og vital, melodiøs vokal skaber en opsigtsvækkende blanding af modernitet og tradition af melodisk metal.

 

Bandet har rødder i Aarhus, men musikken er bestemt ikke forbeholdt den danske grænse. Mens musikken bedst sammenlignes med den nye bølge af djent og metalcore bands såsom Polaris, Betraying The Martyrs m.flere, leger vokalen mere med paralleller som Evanescence.

 

Beneath The Silence har siden 2015 udgivet deres første EP Meant For The Clouds og turneret størstedelen af Danmark og fik særligt ros for deres live-optræden til Viborg Metal Festival I 2017. Med kun få år bag sig, har bandet alligevel formået at blive en velkendt niche I den danske metal scene, og siden udgivelsen af deres første EP, har bandet arbejdet hårdt på at lave et endnu stærkere indsats der, uden større besvær, burde nå ud over landets grænser.

 

Wolves Among Us
WOLVES AMONG US (tidl. E’nemia) har med deres nordjyske metalcore, været et band der har gjort sig positivt bemærket for deres udgivelser over en længere periode. I deres egen hjemby spilles deres sange på de lokale rockpubber og natkluber, ligesom sangene og drengene nyder stor anerkendelse for, på intelligent vis, at forene det tunge med det poppede. Nu står bandet klar med deres debut udgivelse ”Collapse” der er produceret af Jonas Haagensen (Aphyxion) i Hansen Studios.

 

Auralist
Auralist is a Copenhagen-based Metalcore band.

Drawing in the heaviness of metalcore and the elements of ambience and electronic music, to create the machine that is Auralist.

 

Since 2015 the band has been working on music alongside trying to gather a full line-up to unleash it’s music and energy on stage.

In january 2018 the band released their first single “Empire” but the band was still missing a drummer.

 

It has been a long and bumpy road filled with changes in both members and name of the band, but finally in 2018 the final piece of the puzzle was found in the drummer Timmi Raaby.

 

And now the band is ready to take on the stage as a five-piece metalcore-act.
